'' maths - omdz we were listening 4 half an hour 2 our teacher goin on aboout shoelaces - 'how old wer u wen u learnt to tie ur shoelaces?', 
, she was trying to get us to talk about how we learn things, sadly, students had no idea what on earth this had to do with the lesson...
me: i may hate maths but i dont wanna spend a whole half hour of ma precious life listening to a teacher goin on about fences,garden paving or shoelaces.... in fact i was contemplating the ultimate horror movie death(scary/epic movie style),measuring the perimeter of our fence, which will later be spiked through our tormented hearts, mearsuring it with the string of our shoelaces(and who cares when we learnt how to tie them), and then buried alive under paving slabs in a newly done garden, all while having algebraic equations yelled at you...
as you may have realised by now I HATE MATHS. miss set up the room a while back yh, but it had 4 rows - 1st the braniacs row, 2nd the good row, third the average row, and fourth the not so good row.... and do u kno wer i was put?? - THE SINK!!! which is further than the not so good row - i mean how downgrading can u get?? I know it's because of the seating arrangements and not my mathmatical ability(or lack of it) but i was still miffed.
but i did gd in ma science test yay!!(mock sats L7 yay!!) worried about ma maths test - sittin' by the sink (which sits there dripping as if to taunt you)
my dad gave me a nice piece of advice he ' Why don't you try to associate or use maths with your favourite subject' (ART!!) i mean it's good advice, and my dad is fantastic at giving advice...but it's not applicible in this situation...i mean what am i meant to do?
